Returns, Warranty & Support

Because each ring is custom made, all sales are final once production begins.

Your ring is backed by our limited lifetime care commitment, covering routine maintenance to preserve its condition over time.

  • Maintenance & Servicing — Includes resizing, polishing, scratch removal, and professional cleanings, performed as needed and within reasonable wear.
  • Stone Security Guarantee — For rings with pavé, halo, or accent stones, we will replace any small stone loss at no cost, subject to normal wear and proper care.
  • Ongoing Inspections Required — To maintain warranty coverage, your ring must be inspected every 6–12 months, either in person or via a virtual inspection. This allows us to identify and address any wear or structural issues early.
  • Coverage Conditions — All warranty services are provided at our discretion and apply to reasonable wear and tear only. Damage resulting from misuse, impact, neglect, or failure to complete routine inspections may not be covered.

Accent stones (such as pavé or hidden halo stones) are covered under normal wear with routine maintenance.
