Need help finding your way? There is a security desk at the Simpson Tower entrance. Security can assist with locating the elevators or answering building-access questions.

Arriving from 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Proceed to the 16th floor

  1. Enter 401 Bay Street.
  2. Take the first set of elevators on your left to the 16th floor.
  3. When you reach the 16th floor, check in with the receptionist.
  4. A member of our team will be with you shortly.

Arriving after 4:45 PM

Please contact us from the lobby

The elevators do not allow unescorted access to the 16th floor after 4:45 PM.

  1. Enter 401 Bay Street and remain in the lobby.
  2. Call or text 647-691-9838 and let us know you have arrived for your appointment.
  3. A member of our team will come downstairs shortly to meet you.
